Design and supply of mechanical ventilation system for cooking rooms and restaurant service at exit 3. The systems have a total flow rate of approximately 20,000 cubic meters / h. Technical volumes have been created to house the equipment, in order to satisfy the important request for ventilation. The system is equipped with a high-efficiency filtering unit for capturing cooking vapors, which allowed the installation of absorption silencers for acoustic mitigation to comply with the severe noise containment conditions.
